Staff is quite rude, but the campground itself, the camp sites, and amenities are wonderful which outweigh the other negatives.

We followed the rules of being present at the campsite once every 24 hours, but were still "spoken to" and issued a citation when we arrived. It was very rude and ridiculous! They were not very understanding or gracious at all. I am highly disappointed by the way our visit started. Thank goodness it got better from there.

We LOVE this area. It’s clean and staff are extremely friendly! The beach is clean and is all sand and no mud which is a major PLUS! It’s quiet and peaceful at night and offers amazing views of the lake.

The fellow campers and area were awesome. The hosts were not very nice though. They were rude and that started our camping trip off poorly. We made the best of it though and enjoyed the beach and biking around the campground.
