We enjoyed our well-shaded campsite directly in front of the lock and dam, where we could watch the river traffic lock through. We walked and biked on the 60 mi bike trail that runs past the campground. Also visited the John Deere Pavillion and the Lock and Dam Visitor Center. The camp hosts always keep this campground spotless.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are always clean and the park is very quiet and well maintained! Love Fisherman’s Corner!

The campsite was nice, level, and (remarkably) quiet. Checking in with Sue was both a breeze and very pleasurable. The showers were clean. We only stayed overnight, since we were returning home from attending the Indy 500. Perhaps next year we will stay a few additional days.

THIS CAMP GROUND IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO CAMP. THE SITES ARE CLEAN & NEAT. THE HOST & HOSTESS WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THE RANGER WAS AROUND OFFEN & WOULD STOP & TALK. EVEN A COUNTY SQUAD CAR CIRCULATED SEVERAL TIMES. WE WILL RETURN AGAIN.
