I just loved this campground! The road noise was a bit off-putting but the cleanliness and vicinity to bike paths made up for it. Not to mention an awesome camp host who went out of her way to help me when I forgot a charger that I needed. This campground is situated near a terrific bike path that goes through small towns, an island, and historic buildings. the bike path sold it for me!!! I will definitely come back here!

Checked in on Monday and left on Thursday. Had a great quiet time The site was great except a large motor home pulled in and located between us and the view of the Mississippi.
We attempted to ride the bike path, which is why we went there, but portions of it were closed for repairs.
Fishermans corner and Thomson are our two favorite campgrounds.

If you are preregistered, drive right in and park. They will come around to check you in. No waiting at the gate.

Not much to do in the immediate area, but it's a clean beautiful park with a wonderfully friendly helpful staff. Everything most camping folks need. Recommended 10 fold.
