The woman at the office was very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed.
It was a great, relaxing, and organized campground.
I suggest one possible change: to have a parking place AT each tent site rather than as a group NEAR the tent sites. That fits my needs better because I usually stay in the van rather than setting up a tent. I could ask for a regular site and not use the electrical hook ups if they are available for my next visit.

This is a small campground that is very nice. The water spigots are conveniently located and the dump station is convenient and very clean. Our site was level and plenty large enough for our 35' motorhome and our toad. There is a railroad track next to the campground but it is not heavily used and we never heard one pass by at night.
Our reserved site was occupied when we arrived but we were permitted to select any other non-reserved site, and there were plenty. There was a medium size puddle in the parking pad after a rain storm but it was not a real problem.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right on the river and bike trail. Make sure to check out LeClaire IA and Backwater Gamblers ski show.

This is our go-to campground when we want a quick get-away. The Mississippi River has been in my blood since I was a 5 year old kid. The staff at the park are all friendly and work hard to keep the camp clean and pretty.

We didn't know what to expect in this small campground but were very pleasantly surprised. We happened to have a campsite on the Mississippi River which was wonderful. It's a nicely maintained campground and conveniently located.

Very nice campsite, great view. Well kept. Clean bathrooms. We also drove into Davenport to their farmers market on Saturday morning.

Another excellent COE campground with level, paved back-in sites, shade, and a view of the Mississippi River.

Very quiet area. I took the bike trail and enjoyed the views along the Mississippi River. The campground was nice but the bathrooms were very dirty. I arrived on Sunday and left a day early for home. during that time I don't believe the bathrooms had been cleaned at anytime. Cobwebs were all around the bathroom stalls and dead bugs were everywhere as well as live ones. I would probably stay at Illiniwek Park the next time I'm in the area unless nothing else is available.
