Camp Lakewood Campground

We have stayed here two times in a week. Reason for second stay was because of the amazing staff and campground. Everything they advertise is true. Hope to visit their other places also. Clean,, convenient great WiFi but most of all their friendly awesome staff. We would give 10+stars if possible.

We had a wonderful stay at Camp Lakewood Campground! Christina was incredibly kind and helpful and booked us the perfect site. The campground was super clean, the internet worked excellently, and the pizza was absolutely awesome! We really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

We found this place by accident. What a gem. Beautiful lots nested in the woods on a hill overlooking the lake. So very peaceful. We were just overnighting but I would love to spend some time there when it is warmer. We stayed March 3rd in our 35 ft travel trailer heading back home from a long winter on South Padre Island.

This was a perfect overnight stay, quiet and peaceful park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the interstate. Nice touch to have a restaurant on-site after a long drive. Being off season, it was very quiet. We recommend this park if you travel through the area.

Nice wooded sites with easy in and out access and some of the sites overlooking the lake. The campground was near enough the town for easy shopping yet it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful. I wished I had tried their pizza but I didn't have the time. I'll certainly stay there again if in the area.
