What Guests Are Saying
Bo Woods Campground is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained sites, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for campers. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the ample opportunities for boating and biking in the area. However, some noted the limitations in fishing access, crowded weekends, and the condition of restrooms, suggesting areas for improvement. Overall, it remains a favored destination for camping enthusiasts.

Campsite was nice. Water hookups are scarce and not in a place you can pull over to fill up. No indication that we saw of a fill up station before you enter the camp roads. Luckily it was dark when we arrived and not a lot of people were camping that weekend due to the incoming rain I guess so we parked on the road to our campsite and filled up.
People next to us had 3 small children that liked to scream and cry and RUN LAPS and play bouncy house in their camper which sounded like a heard of elephants over the sound of our fan and TV. Running in the trees at dark and I don’t know if the parents knew there was a drop off to the lake back there. Worrisome for sure!

Walking is difficult because most of the time you have to walk on the main roads and most of the campers drive way over the posted speed limit.

I love camping there but I hate that you have to reserve a spot so far in advance. I believe first come first serve is better
