We love this site!! Easy to get in to and lots of shade. We could access our outdoor kitchen with ease, and loved watching the kids at the park while we setup. Best site on the loop when you have little kids

Great location, close to not only I-57 but lakeside to Rend Lake. Beautiful views, well laid

Site 10 is level. Great value. Just an overnight stay, but lots to do if you want camp here for a few days. Good ACoE campground.

Our site was nice; we were close to the lake and the showerhouses [we were dry docking]. We enjoyed watching all the people strolling around with their dogs. The park is very pretty and navigating through it was easy.
The only thing I did not like was that the showerhouse had no hot water for taking a shower. People staying in tents or dry docking in an RV [like us] really appreciate hot water to take showers. That is the only thing that I would mark your campground down for. Everything else was nice and beautiful.

From I-57 take exit 77 and turn west on Route 154. Turn left onto Gun Creek Trail/Larry Foster Parkway, then right onto Golf Course Road. Continue 1/2 mile to park entrance.
