It is a beautiful, clean campground. The bathrooms are really nice with single shower rooms with locked doors. We loved our visit. I wish we could have purchased our national park pass before we arrived and it would be nice to be able to see the campground map on the website when reserving the site. One of the members of our group was far away because of that problem. We camped in July. The mosquitos were rough! Bring your bug spray.

It was a full campgrounds and once quiet hours hit you could hear crickets! It was great. The bathrooms have lukewarm water at best, but are decent. The bathrooms also are decent. Both are cleaned daily in the morning.
The camp sink by the bathrooms was also wonderful. I will be back for sure!

Great walk in camp sites! Really good facilities and clean water! Fire pits are very high end like a National Park should be! Great experience!

This campground is conveniently located to the various Indiana Sand dunes points of interest. For RV'rs it has a dump station and fresh water supply hose at one end of the park but there are no site hook-ups so you'll need to come with the fresh water tank full and your waste tanks empty. Overall, the campsites are spaced comfortably so you're not on top of your neighbors. The parking area of each site is paved, fairly close to being level, the fire pits cleaned and campsites raked between visitors. The camp hosts during our stay were incredibly polite and helpful with offering information about any of the locations located in or around the park.

It has great shad for the campsites. We came after a rain, so the mosquitos were really plentiful. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms and shower rooms were cleaned daily and there was a sink outside the bathhouse to wash dishes. We thought the beach was closer, but since we had younger kids we had to drive. We would stay there again.

Great experience at the Dunes! Sites had a lot of space between them. The ground was leveled and smooth for tent camping. Bathroom/Shower facilities were a bit old, but serviceable. Only critique was that there was no one to check us in when we arrived, but our site was prepped. Highly recommend!
