Camp host was fantastic. Sites are pretty private. We had people staying at Douglas 50 and Douglas 52, we were Douglas 51, and couldn’t hear our neighbors and never had any issues with anything.

The campground was great! We had a lovely experience but the host was the snootiest woman I have ever met! I have never experienced a host that was so uppity. She came and told us we were Talking and laughing too loud, we were not yelling. It was 15 minutes past quiet time, ok so we quieted down. We didn’t wake her up to ask the college kids to be quiet at 1 am.
Check out is at noon. We planned on getting up at 8 to pack up. It started storming (hard!) at 8 and rained for over 2 hours. We started gathering our gear ASAP around 1015. We were two moms and 4 girls (8,10,10,&11) . We had two tents, and all the gear for 4 days of tent camping. We were in the car with seat belts on at 1245. Here she came with her golf cart and clip board. Are you staying another night? (Our spaces were empty and clean!) No we are all packed up thank you. Well check out was at noon. My friend said well it was storming. The lady said oh well that … humph. Checkout was noon. I have never met a host so pretentious. I promise we were not rude, or super loud. We had 4 happy girls who were playing a card game. Then it rained soooooo hard! We tried to get out as fast as we could. The girls were helping.
No one was trying to set up camp or waiting for us. How about some grace!? I would have paid a late fee. It wasn’t coming out of her free campsite. She couldn’t hear us inside her RV.
