Quiet, beautiful park in the JackPoint Loop. Wonderful and helpful camp hosts, Jeremy and John. Clean showerhouse. Just wish the water was hotter. I cannot say enough about Jeremy and John. They were amazingly helpful for this solo female camper! Will definitely be back.

Once we got settled, the site was nice and big. But when we first got there I was disappointed because online it said the site was a pull thru, level and paved. It was none of the above. The park needs to update their site information.

Once again, Tipsaw Lake SRA delivered the goods. Having spent 10 weekends there in 2024, I can confidently say that this is one of the best maintained rec. areas in the state. This is largely due to the camp hosts, Janet and Bobby. Their level of care and consideration make this a great place to spend the week or the weekend. I'm partial to Dogwood 30 because there are no campsites on either side of this one. The one and only drawback is the other campers occasionally use the trail through the woods from behind the bath/shower house that borders this spot. Other than that, it's spacious, has a level spot for your tent, and is shielded from headlights coming up and around the curve of the road by all the trees. Add to that your own path to the potable water spigot, and DW 30 is a winner.
