At Dave Matthews this past summer, an “employee” climbed on a roof and took a peek at my wife taking a shower in there outdoor showers behind a garage. Apparently he was “changing a light bulb” above the shower while she was showering. Unbelievable. I should have called the Sherriffs Office. Be careful while on this property.

Thank you Pete for the quick check-in last night. I stopped at this campground just for the night, not really knowing what to expect. Pete immediately made me feel safe and welcome. I had an excellent night with my dog in my rooftop tent. I won’t hesitate to stop here again on a future road trip! Thank you 🤩

This place knows how to do it. Great crowd, easy entry and access and ample space to set up tents. You do park the cars separate from the camping area, but it’s quite organized and I actually liked a dedicated camping area away from the cars. There’s a few spots to pitch up a hammock if you get there early. There’s decent porta-lets that have lights at night, and to our surprise after the concert, the campground was selling burgers and hot dogs. This camp ground is perfect for any event at Ruoff. It’s walking distance and made our show to see Rufus Du Sol very special.

Top notch. Pete and his crew are amazing hosts. Super chill vibe. No hassles. Super easy walk over to the venue (Deer Creek aka Ruoff). All around great experience. 10/10 would stay again.
