Manapogo RV Campground

We stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! So quiet, and relaxing! We enjoyed it so much We stayed an extra night. People were very friendly. We will be back@

We had a wonderful time last weekend during Superhero weekend. Our campsites where perfect allowing us to set up any way we would like, which is our favorite so we can face our family whos camping with us and give the kids a large yard. Play ground was huge, great activities, dog park was nice, lake was beautiful. Only reason i'm giving 4 stars is they have a inflatable jungle gym thing on the water and it cost money to use even after paying to camp which was kinda a down fall and we didnt end up doing it but other than that great experience.

Most awesome place, friendly people, love the rustic and classic surroundings, nature sounds were great... it's the sounds of the interstate ( maybe some evergreen bushes on edge of property to block sounds) the beach was awesome, wish it wasn't so cold while we stayed. Would've loved to rent some peddle boats...

This park is mostly permanent campers but they had nice sites available for walk-ins. Great accommodations and a beautiful view of the lake from our site. The one and only reason I rated it low was the really poor arrival we experienced. We made a day of reservation as we were traveling home. Paid ahead and received an email confirmation. No real arrival info. We pulled in around 6 pm so I wasn’t surprised when the office was closed. We had no instructions on how to get through the entrance gate. Pushed the call button at the gate multiple times with no response, called the phone number on the reservation. Again, no answer, no instructions. I finally walked in and found a resident who loaned me his gate card!! When I said no one was responding to ring and calls, his response was simply “unsurprising.” I would book here again but it’s definitely on you to make sure you know how you’re getting in.

Monopogo is a great place to camp. Management and staff are helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The staff does a great job making sure everything is stocked and clean.
It's very nice, the beach is big, plenty of elbow room.the lake is beautiful.
Lots of shade for the campers.
We can't wait to go back.
