We had a nice time tenting. There was a disturbance one evening with one individual who appeared to have consumed something that impaired her ability to think clearly but that is not within the control of the rangers or hosts and law enforcement arrived in under 2 minutes.
The one thing that stood out, which would have made this stay much more pleasant, is that the shower water was hot - nearly scalding hot - with no ability to turn it down. That would have been pleasant on cooler days, but we were in the 90s with full sun. A cool shower would have been most welcome.

A smaller quiet campground with great views. Some sites are a little tricky to back into with the weird angles but eventually manageable . Bath/shower house were super clean

Nice clean park, quiet at night. Easy to get to, and get into your spot. Mine was a pull through, it was a little short for my 5th wheel and truck. Was able to park the truck close by though and in site of the camper.

The campsites are all paved and very large. There is a nice small lake right beside the river. We saw a lot of people catching fish. The campground is very clean and the bathrooms and showers are great.
