Campsites were large and not crowded at all, everything seemed to be very well maintained and the swim beach was very enjoyable

This is a nice campground, however some of the sites are very muddy. Also, the area where you park your camper needs to be leveled out. Some are pretty bad. With that said the bathrooms/shower houses are spectacular.

Camp sites are nice, beautiful view of the lake, camp host was extremely helpful. Area towns are fun to visit.

Army Corps of Engineers always operate beautiful and well-maintained campgrounds. This is one of our favorites with awesome views!

We offer a limited supply of firewood at the campground. If you want to ensure you have firewood for your stay, please plan on bringing your own supply. Travelers entering Iowa are strongly encouraged to leave out-of-state firewood behind. |

Camping units are restricted to one wheeled unit and two tents, or three tents per site. A maximum of eight persons per campsite is allowed. |
