What Guests Are Saying
Clark's Ferry Campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and beautiful views of the Mississippi River, making it a pleasant stay for visitors. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Wildcat Den State Park and offers a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during midweek. However, the proximity to active train tracks results in frequent noise, which may be a drawback for those sensitive to sound.

We enjoy this campground but there are railroad tracks next to and lots of train noise.

Small campground. Nice site with Beautiful views along the river. Really, no where to ride our bikes.
Must get used to the train noise. Campgrounds back right up to railroad tracks.
However, Camp Host was very friendly.

This is a small, well kept location with a great view.of the Mississippi River, a boat ramp and very nice camp hosts. There is a lot of close train traffic noise at times. If loud noise bothers you then you might reconsider.

Pleasant quiet campground alongside the Mississippi River. Until a train goes by on the nearby mainline train tracks. 8 to 10 trains a day.

Campground hosts are friendly and helpful. Nice weather helped make my stay a pleasant one again. Midweek stays are quiet mostly due to about 50% empty spots.
