Campground hosts are friendly and helpful. Nice weather helped make my stay a pleasant one again. Midweek stays are quiet mostly due to about 50% empty spots.

We really enjoyed this COE despite the fact that our site was in full sun! There are some shaded sites, we just didn't get one! We were on site 30 and had electric. We filled up our tank with water when we arrived. There are some train horns, but not too terribly bad. There is a dump station. Hosts are great and very forthcoming with information. We had picnics at nearby Buffalo Shores and highly recommend. We also witnessed a baptism at Deep Lake Park. It was very nice! Incidentally, tornado sirens go off on Mondays at 11AM
