We enjoyed staying at North Overlook campground. The shower house/restroom facilities are so nice and maintained daily! We enjoyed Pella, the Peanut Bar, Georges Pizza, the Bakeries and most importantly , Knoxville for the National Sprint Car Races! We also went to Boone, Iowa and did the Rail Experience.

Very nice campground with mature trees. It was maintained very well and nothing was out of place. We never used the bath/shower rooms so no report on them.

Just a great campground with big mature trees. Very quiet. It’s my favorite campground to visit. Only drawback is filling with water is extremely slow.

Our reservations were short a day and we had to move. The park ranger was so nice and helpful. She found us a spot on another campground and gave us a map to find it.

Second time staying at this location. There is a bit more traffic noise in the spots I have occupied. It might be more quiet further away from the road. The shower/restrooms are individual vs some of the older sites where they have a more communal arrangement. Always have been clean and well taken care of. My spots have also been by the dump and fresh water fill station which made it more active especially on Sundays.
