We’ve been camping at Wallashuck for the past 30+ years during the Knoxville Nationals. The campground is wonderful - spacious sites and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. With the lake, the trails and shopping, there’s always something to do. Pella is a charming community. Best bakery and butcher shop around. We’ve never been disappointed during our stay there.

It would have been rated better, except you could tell they hadn't sprayed for mosquitos. We could hardly be out in the morning or evening because of it. We even had our buggy bands, but those weren't nearly enough for the hordes attacking us.
However, the staff at the check in booth were OUTSTANDING! Kind, patient and very helpful.
Our next trip to Wallashuck will be after a hard frost. It is a beautiful setting.

Awesome experience for the last 15 years camping for Knoxville Nationals. Bathrooms, although functional for bodily functions, need some cleaning in the showers
