It was a nice stay. The playground was closed down-not sure why. Great amenities at this campground overall very nice.

Stayed at site 31. View of the lake was absolutely amazing. We were the only ones in the entire loop so it was very quiet. We saw and heard tons of birds including orioles, finches and herons.
The downside was the grass needed to be mowed and the electrical box was banged up.
Would definitely stay there again for the view.

Our site was very spacious and well kept. We were fortunate to have a site with a nice view of the water. The swim area and beach were great for our kids to swim and use our paddleboard. The bathrooms were well kept and met our needs.

Full hookup is amazing! Facility is clean! Shaded lot! Boat ramps and beach area is amazing!
The only issue is cell service with USCellilar is terrible! Do not try to log into work from site 304. Do not try to stream tv either…you won’t have service. Wish wifi was offered!

Very nice campground.. well kept.. the shower facilities were a bit dated for the size of the park.. but usable and clean.. roomy sites and very friendly staff.. nice beaches with clean sand.. I would highly recommend.. very close to iowa city..

Campground is always in great shape. Care of the grounds is a top priority. I'm happy to see new additional water spickets near campsites have been added. The day we came in many were leaving and we were unable to get in line to fill our freshwater tank. Because of the location of our tank opening we would have had to go against the flow of traffic. We found a fresh water spicket and filled up and then proceeded to our site. Little did we know a spicket was near our site #30. Didn't use it but happy to see it there for future reference.
