We love sugar bottom camp ground, the bathrooms are kept clean

We enjoyed our stay both this time and in the past. This is one of our favorite go to campgrounds for our visits to Iowa. The restrooms are always clean and well maintained. The sites are for the most part well spaced so you are not on top of other camps.

Very nice and quiet location. Water access through out the campground makes it very convenient.

There are so many wonderful campsites. They are roomy too. The bathrooms and open areas are all clean and well maintained. There are always staff out and about if you have any questions. I'm definitely going back again with my family!

Campers feed raccoons. The animals repeatedly came into campsite despite attempts to scare away. Otherwise, amenities at campground are fine.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Sugar Bottom. Our site was clean with plenty of shade, and there was nice space between us and other campers. Not very far to walk to a bath house, and we took our granddaughters down to the beach for a short while. We would like to stay here again sometime in the future.

Nice flat campsites, clean restrooms, plentiful water-fill posts throughout the campground, bike trails, large sand beach, sites close to beach, wide double dump stations. Nearby boat, pontoon rentals, golf courses close by.
