The campground is well maintained and kept clean by the staff. The bathrooms/showers are kept very clean. Nice room for each camp space !

We always enjoy our time at Sugar Bottom Campground. Restrooms and showers are always clean. We love fishing so we like that quiet time is 10pm. It's close to Lake McBride also.

Nice COE campground. Not sure what the flying insects were, but they were pretty annoying. Just an overnight stay on our way to Minnesota. Would stay here again.

The campground was kept very clean , the camp Hosts were very polite and kind !! They were always touring the grounds !! The restrooms were very clean !! Very clean and friendly place !! We will book more weekends there !!

It was a bit too early in the year. It rained & it got hot,but too windy to enjoy & it got cold overnight the concrete pads are nice, but I like our usual area better

The sites looked great from the website in February when we booked them. The view of the water and the quiet of the loop was great. When we got to the site at check in the parking pad was uneven, gravel and sloped down hill. Looked like it needed to be built up and boxed up level. The fire pit was too close to the parking spot and the pit was on the edge of a drop off. Couldn't put a full ring of chairs around it, only two. Steep hill off the back of the site will all mud from recent water excavation. It rained all weekend so the water came down through our site. In my opinion the two spots 30 & 31 would benefit from leveling or paving the parking areas and moving the fire pits away from the electric jack a bit so the camper isn't so close to the fire. I will be back but I wont ever book those spots again for sure. The firewood was too young and didn't burn well. Smoked us out and cooking on it was difficult. Rough weekend for sure. Oh well. Thanks for keeping the parks nice and safe.
