What Guests Are Saying
The Dam Site offers a beautiful area with great views of the lake. However, visitors should be cautious of low tree branches that could damage trailers. Access can be challenging during local events, as roadblocks and congestion may occur.

Ranger was very helpful in guiding us to camp site. Due to high water, we were the only RV in the park.
New Strawn and Burlington were great places to visit/eat.
Hope to return in the future.

Nice Shelter. Only 2 outlets & they have a hard time handling crock pots. Two biggest complaints are that the Campfire Ring is no longer there and the playground is no longer across from the shelter.

Nice campsite for wheelchair or walker user. Campfire is surrounded by cement patio. Easy pull through site.
Shower house is gross. Use Riverside East & West shower houses.

Nice site. Better for tent than camper. Kind of in a whole and difficult to get camper level. Covered table.
Shower house is gross. Hasn't changed since I was a kid. Use Riverside East & West shower houses.

Nice site with covered table. Pull Through parking. Only bad thing is that it is close to where people drive by. Shower house is gross. Go to the River Side East and West to use their shower houses.
