Riverside East is a beautiful and peaceful camping area with well-maintained sites, good facilities, and a great location near the river. Many campers appreciated the spaciousness and shade of their spots, as well as the clean restrooms. However, some issues were noted, including occasional power outages and cleanliness concerns in certain areas, but overall, visitors enjoyed their relaxing experiences and would return.

This is a hidden gem. We've stayed at countless state and national campgrounds, and this is a great site. The bathrooms and showers are outdated, but if your camper is self contained, this is a campground to consider.

We looked online it's the off season it says u can camp at Riverside East but there's no water or electricity possible no restrooms not a problem. So we get there Friday night setup there's a couple other campers there's sat mo we decided to go sight seeing. A couple hours come back to find all of our things and camper were locked up gates closed get not get ahold of anybody had to go through a deep ditch to get out. What a joke!!!!

Riverside East is a nice quiet place to camp. All sites are clean and easily accessible. Recommend driving through and pick the spot best for you and your RV.
Also, review the map and pick a spot along the river or over towards the treeline.

Good basic park for an overnight stay. 50 amp electric and water. Dump site as you leave park. Stayed in #6, nice pull thru. Spaces are a little narrow, so had to be careful with slides on both sides.
