Riverside East is a beautiful and peaceful camping area with well-maintained sites, good facilities, and a great location near the river. Many campers appreciated the spaciousness and shade of their spots, as well as the clean restrooms. Pull through site was a bit smaller than anticipated, but it worked. We were the only ones on the lower loop. Vault toilet very clean. Super quiet and grounds were kept nice. Lower loop is gravel.

My wife and go to Riverside East every chance we get. The park is quiet and the employees are very responsive to any issues that come up. When we arrived at our spot the 30 amp breaker was broken. Tyler from the office called and informed us that they would take care of it and they did the very next morning. The Park Range is so helpful and knowlegable, he is always driving around and making sure everything is good to go. The Pit Toilets and Shower house are very clean and stocked. We always enjoy our visits and will be back in October.

Excellent place to camp with the family. Quiet. Clean. Peaceful. Park ranger is out patrolling often which is nice. The bathrooms where cleanish with the showers producing warm enough water to have a decent shower on a 50 degree night. Clean trails to walk. Will be booking again.

Very nice park, clean well kept. Each parking spot had cement picnic tables with overhead cover. Nice fire pits. Will camp here again

We were first time visitors and enjoyed Riverside East. Rode our bikes through Riverside West, and found it even more beautiful with a heavy tree canopy, but it was closed.
