The water was very high. Lots of sights under water which left a lot of debris. We changed spots due to the water being at the tip of our slot. Park entrance shack was never open during our visit.

Nice developed concrete pads for camper with water, electric, covered picnic table, fixed grill. Multiple sites for reasonable price and vets get half off, thank you. Camping is close to water, public bathrooms, but not showers, boat ramps near campground, extensive parking near many campsites. Great lake and camping services. Thanks a lot. Eric

Even with some of the sites flooded, cause of excessive rainfall, the campgrounds are kept up very nice & maintained. Very pleased. We have always been pleased camping at council grove.

Campsite was nice but bathrooms could use some updating. They smelled clean but didn't feel clean.. They also need some MAJOR ventilation.

We were totally impressed with the upkeep of the entire grounds of the lake. The best location and amenities. Restrooms were clean and stocked.

The only thing we did not like at this spot is there is not enough room to maneuver vehicles.
