What Guests Are Saying
Kanza View offers a pleasant and quiet camping experience with great views. While the campground's uneven terrain made finding a tent spot challenging and the fishing access was limited, the covered eating area was a nice feature despite a rusty grill. Campers can still enjoy cooking over a fire pit.

Very nice well maintained park with a very challenging disc golf course. The campsites are in need of some maintenance. Only spot to set up a tent on the sites is on a slope. The shelters are ok but bent roof tins and rotten ceiling boards. Grill is rusted through and couldn't use it no firering on our site.

The view of the lake at sunset was beautiful. It was difficult to find a flat spot, but I found one, albeit covered in live plants (I prefer to camp on dirt or dead leaves). There was a fire burning on the other side of the road, to say nothing of the many other prescribed burns in the area at the time, so air quality was bad. I wore an N95 while I slept to protect my lungs from the smoke.

Overall it was fun, the campground is uneven so it was hard to find a spot for the tent but we made do. It’s a nice quiet area. There was not good fishing access but you can get down to the lake to fish if you really want to. It does have a nice spot to eat that’s covered and in good shape, so that was nice, but the grill was rusted through and unusable. We just cooked on the fire pit!
