Very nice camp site. The shower houses and rest rooms were clean and well stocked. The only complaint were the boat docks. The water was so low we could not get our boat in the water. Docks need to be floating docks.

Our site was very spacious with a great view of the lake. Site was level. Water pressure seemed a little low compared to what we’re used to at other parks. The campground was quiet. Several owners let their dogs off leash, which isn’t the campground’s fault, but still annoying. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is due to all the random items (trash?) that was left around our site. It was definitely stuff that had been left there, and not blown in. That being said, we would definitely return.

Beautiful sunsets on the lake, friendly neighboring campers with a fire and fun stories to tell, the aurora borealis to view, nearby Munker Creek to kayak on, Council Grove with its historical venues and delicious restaurants - we had a delightful camping experience here and will definitely return.
