Overlook Park

This shelter was clean and in a beautiful spot. Lots of tables and ample parking.

The site was everything we needed and more! The bugs were crazy, but thats Kansas in August for ya!

Great View of Clinton Lake dam. Very nice breezeway!. Lots of room for various activities. Plenty of space to spread out.

It was a very bad experience . I do understand it’s nature but we rented the shelter and we could not even have our food out. There were so many insects flying around the entire area. We could not even set down. We could not have our food out or anything . The kids could not even play on the playground it was so horrible.

It was a great experience. They accommodated us for our lateness as well.

First bring plenty of help to move things, it's a long walk from the car to the shelter house. But well worth it. We had bags and a frisbee game to add to the already volleyball and horseshoes, so there was plenty of activities. We loved as it got dark they had lights to help visit and with cleanup. Love to rent and have gatherings here! Thanks

It is a beautiful shelter that is perfect for grilling with two grill options. We love to use this for large group BBQs. The views of the lake are a wonderful, added bonus.

Even with the rainy weather, the shelter house was perfect for my graduation party!

Great place for our picnic of about 100 people. Everything we needed- the shelter, tables, fire pit and water on site.

Fantastic location. Great view of the lake, and amenities nearby.
