Rockhaven Park Campground and Equestrian Area offers well-marked trails, clean amenities, and a pleasant camping experience, especially for horse enthusiasts. The campground is noted for its cleanliness, shaded campsites, and accommodating hosts, making it a favorite among visitors. However, some areas, particularly trails, need maintenance, and the lack of water hookups and occasional non-equestrian campers in designated spots were mentioned as concerns.

Quiet low traffic and if you love horses, excellent equestrian corrals and tie posts
Restrooms clean, needs a better shower head

Trails are marked well. Campsite was nice and clean, well shaded. Pen could have been a little bigger but it was ok for two horses. We will definitely be back soon!!

Quiet and relaxing
Venomous snake awareness is necessary as copperheads and timber rattlesnakes are around. I actually removed a timber rattlesnake from my camp and mower crew found a large copperhead while I was there

It was a good, clean campground. The horse paddocks were in a nice place and the horse had shade. Remember, when you make your reservations that the sites do not have water spickets. They do have electricity.
