What Guests Are Saying
Arrow Rock is a favored campground at Melvern Lake, known for its spacious sites, friendly camp hosts, and well-maintained facilities. Visitors appreciate the great fishing opportunities and proximity to the water, making it ideal for family gatherings. While some campsites need repairs and there are concerns about low-hanging trees and long grass, the overall experience remains positive, with many campers eager to return.

Love this campground because I can get to the water easily. Site was a little short if you wanted to use the picnic table. Had to back all the way up to it to get in the site with my 36 ft. RV. Nice shade tree in my site made it a nice cool weekend.

Great campsite. Very “off the beaten path” so to speak. But very quiet and lots of great spots. Visited mid-august. Letter left on post said lake had Blue-Green Algae. But even if, there wasn’t easy swimming access to the water.

Arrow Rock is a small campground with good views (we were in site #4) of the lake. Uncrowded during the week even during July. We were the only ones in our area for a day and a night of our three night stay. The gravel drive / trailer pad had a sideways slope that made leveling more challenging. Bathrooms were clean. Shower water was uncomfortablely HOT no matter how you adjusted it. Husband said it was the same on his side. Camp hosts took care of things... even picking up bits of trash at sites where they were posting reservation cards. Small beach access down from our site to carry floats or kayaks.
