Tuttle Creek Cove is praised for its cleanliness, spacious sites, and beautiful views of the lake. Many guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, including clean bathrooms and showers. While some noted issues with site leveling and road construction access, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

This is a nice Corps of Engineers park. We enjoy the modern campsites, the peace and quiet, and the wonderful views. The campsites can accommodate larger rigs with room to spare.

Site 44 needs major leveling in the upper camper parking area. It has washed badly and was very difficult to level the camper. The washing was not visible from the map view when the site was reserved.

I would have rated it a 5 star, but check out time was 5 PM, and check in time was 6 PM. We arrived approx at 3 PM, somebody was in our site with no intentions of leaving until 5 PM. My fault for not knowing check out time, lessons learned. That site had a great water view. We just moved to a different site. The campground itself was clean, spacious, and the hosts were very nice. The bathrooms were very clean. Grounds were well kept. I would camp here again, and if they changed the check in, check out time, I would Def stay here again. A very nice park.

This campground is very clean, well maintained sites and park surroundings. We did not use the restrooms, so cannot comment on the cleanliness of those facilities. The campground sits right on a lake, many sites have a lake view. One word of caution…if you have a larger RV, the slope of some of the campsites will exceed the auto level capabilities of your coach! Do some research before booking. This is typically our choice campground while visiting our daughter. We do not live in Kansas and the state park, which is massive and located nearby, will not only charge a camping fee but also a daily fee just for being in the park.
There is a boat ramp located within the campground for those who want to fish or do water sports. The home of Kansas State University means you can catch a college game during your stay, explore downtown which has some fun independent shops and food choices as well as the chains we all know and love.
