Very nice area to camp. My one suggestion is: give better directions to the park. GPS coordinates would be extremely helpful.

Road Work- Kansas Department of Transportation will be constructing two roundabouts on U.S 24 near Tuttle Creek Lake this summer. Allow extra time to your travel schedule and be prepared for detours and possible minor traffic delays. KDOT urges motorists to stay alert and follow posted signs in all work zones. For current road conditions, visit www.kandrive.gov or call 5-1-1. For updates on highway projects in northeast Kansas, visit https://www.ksdot.gov/projects/northeast-kansas-projects
We look forward to seeing you this summer.

Tuttle Creek Cove is praised for its cleanliness, spacious sites, and beautiful views of the lake. Many guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, including clean bathrooms and showers. While some noted issues with site leveling and road construction access, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The site and view were great.
It is not really a good campground for tents due to vault bathroom reasons. The "modern" facilities you have to drive to.

Main womens bathroom is always full of bugs and spiders. There is a big gap under the door. The handicap stall does not lock, hasn't for a long time. I appreciate always having plenty of toilet paper in each stall.
The grass was tall this time, it usually isn't that bad. I really like camping at Cove because it is peaceful but it is becoming more unkept.

Campground is located just outside of Manhattan which is convenient for any needs.
Do not confuse this campground with Tuttle Creek “STATE” Park, which is just down the road. This one is bookable on recreation.gov
We stayed here 2 separate weeks, 4 nights each. 1st week was site 9 on the Lake Shore Loop and our 2nd week was site 30 on the Tuttle Point Loop. Both offered 50amp & water. Dump station is located at the entrance to the campground. Both sites offered good views of the lake but site 30 offered a view from the front window of the coach.
The sites are rock & are very well maintained. But typical of COE parks in KS, leveling can be an issue. We had to use blocks under the wheels in addition to the jacks on site 9.
The swimming beach at this campground has long been closed. Not sure why but possibly due to the floods of a few years ago. We had no contact with the hosts as the entrance station was not open.
Both of our stays were during the week and after Labor Day so the park was quiet with only a handful of campers.

Really enjoyed our weekend here. Sunsets and sunrise were absolutely beautiful. We were in lot 23. Which had a beautiful view of the water and a good little spot of trees for our hammock and the kids to play. My only complaint is the site was very unlevel making it difficult to level vehicle; heard other campers saying the same. So just be prepared for this.
Thanks
