We do not own a boat, but looked like a great place to camp and bring your boat to go onto the lake. I would recommend the lake also for fishing.

After last year's flooding alot of the trees that made this facility charming had to be cut down. They did a good job and need lots of time and money to complete the rest of the backlog of maintenance. It is a peaceful place to camp. Everyone is very friendly and we feel very safe.

We have been camping in that area for several years and plan to go again next week,
We enjoy it a great deal, I hesitate to say that because by saying that it may become too crowded.
Kidding aside it is a pleasant area to camp.
We are old so all we do is, my wife reads, takes walks and just relax. Myself, I wood carve walk with my wife and also relax.
This may not appeal to the younger people but we enjoy it.

The second time we have been to this lake and love it. Full hook ups, covered concrete patio and some space between campers. It could have been mowed but grass wasn’t bad. We will continue to camp here for years to come. Also price was nice for full hook ups
