What Guests Are Saying
Hillsboro Cove is a well-maintained campground with spacious, clean sites, many of which offer beautiful waterfront views. Visitors appreciate the proximity to the beach area and the availability of amenities like clean restrooms and picnic tables. However, there are some concerns regarding maintenance, including issues with power, hot water in showers, and the condition of the entry road, which detracts from the overall experience for some guests.

The campground has really gone downhill, the grass isn't mowed and there are several spaces that are overgrown and a couple of spots where the table covers at leaning over.

Place was clean, easy to park and setup and was very private. Would definitely go again.

Our campsite #25 was great. Flat gravel pad, no issues with electric hook up or water spigot. The bathrooms were clean and close by. Only reason I'm knocking a star is because there was no hot water for the showers (at least not after running it for two minutes). This wasn't as problematic for us as it may be for others because our RV is equipped with a small shower to use as back up.

The women’s restroom/shower was closed. That should be fixed before a major holiday weekend. And should have contacted and given partial refund

Had a problem with the 50amp power pedestal. Power fail and we had to pack up and go home at 930pm because power failed.
It was a very miserable evening to say the least.

Trash was not picked up while we were there. Women's bathroom was closed. Grass was not mowed.

My first trip since my husband passed away. Overall it was good, except I wish all the sites had water hookups.

They didnt have the hot water turned on in the shower house. That place was packed for a holiday weekend and if you chose to shower, it was ice cold. They didnt hardly mow anything. Some was mowed but it was bare minimum.
