What Guests Are Saying
Hillsboro Cove is a well-maintained campground with spacious, clean sites, many of which offer beautiful waterfront views. Visitors appreciate the proximity to the beach area and the availability of amenities like clean restrooms and picnic tables. However, there are some concerns regarding maintenance, including issues with power, hot water in showers, and the condition of the entry road, which detracts from the overall experience for some guests.

Worst COE campground I have ever seen. There was no hot water in the shower. Very poorly maintained and no host.

I liked having the ability to choose my campsite in advance of our arrival. The campsite was level and both the water and electric service was acceptable.

Hate having to write this review this was the cleanest quietest camping experience I've ever had fishing was for the most part was very good lots of shade. The shower/bathrooms were always clean The reason for not wanting to write this review is I dont want everyone to find this place but if they do I say 10 outta 10 most definitely recommend 👌

We booked site 6 and when we showed up, the site didn’t have electricity. Neither did 5 or 7. We told the volunteer camp host and they recommended us to look around to see if there were any other campsites available for us to camp at. It was very frustrating and our camper is rather long so we only fit in certain spots. There needs to be a note on the reservation site or block out the sites on the app so that no one else ends up driving over an hour to camp and can’t due to no electricity. Very frustrating.
