Riverside (KS)

The site further from the interstate than I thought but it was a beautiful drive. The site itself was very nice and clean.

Always friendly people and clean campsites

We love trees and reduced wind so this was a great location for us. We also greatly appreciated the reduced rate in the late fall season.

The only problem we had was the 30 Amp side of our power supply was faulty and there was no one to report it to.

Lovely spot, nice facilities, free non-electric sites is a huge perk! I didn't have much cell service at my site, but just needed to walk up the hill about halfway and was able to access everything I needed.

We had a lovely time, the area was well taken care of and the restrooms were very clean.

The campground is set in a quiet, scenic area and by appearance, was well maintained. If I have a complaint, it's that check-in isn't until 6:00 pm which for me is too late in the day. In addition, nobody appears to check the campsites to assure that campers vacate their site when required. In my situation, the prior camper in the site I'd reserved, failed to leave on time resulting in me not being able to start my setup until 6:40pm. Basic campground courtesy.

Peaceful and quiet setting. Made our stay easy and very nice

Great experience just wished the bathrooms were cleaned.

Nice campsites. Clean facilities. Fun fishing the Smokey Hill River.
