Water pressure was a bit low 25# or so but other than that it is an awesome clean and safe campground

We camped in C-loop site 116 only thing I would warn is, you will need extra blocks to level fir back jacks (slopes towards lake) otherwise it is a very nice area!

Melvern Outlet is a well managed and maintained campground that offers three camping areas. Fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, boating are among the activities available at Melvern Outlet and the very close by Melvern Lake. The surrounding area has many options for day trips into towns and cities or through the beautiful prairie of eastern Kansas.

I love Cloop at Melvern Outlet. Only 2 recommendations to make it better. First, it would be great to have the laundry back. It is sorely missed. Also, it states on your website that if a reserved space isn't occupied, it will be taken off reserved list and given to someone else. During my last stay there, space 144 was empty when I arrived and still sitting empty 8 days later when I left. Otherwise, our stay there was excellent. I always feel safe there, and the camping sites are great. I love the nature trails, etc. and always have a very pleasant experience.

The camp ground is so nice and so quiet. The only downfall was our lack of knowledge of the site. It’s off a round outlet and your canopy would open over the roadway. However, there was plenty of shade, we didn’t actually need our canopy.

Very clean grounds, the batherooms were exceptionally clean and kept bug free nearly perfectly. Just a few bugs come night, you can't get much begtter than that at a campout.
Some of the motorized scooters were pretty fast, you had to really watch for them, they could not dodge you or stop quickly.
