Our visit to Holmes Bend was wonderful. The campground was so peaceful and quiet. The check-in employees and park personnel were great. Our only disappointment was when we went to the bath house to take a shower and discovered that there was no hot water available....we turned it on and let it run for several minutes and only ice cold water came out. This was in the men's and women's side.

Campsites are a little to close together for my liking. Trails where hard to locate and somewhat overgrown

Very clean and green RV Park with great walking trails and close access to marina. Very friendly staff also..... all this has made it one of our favorite parks to RV.

I absolutely loved Holmes Bend! It has a very nice beach, fishing dock and marina. The campsite we had was very large and shaded. There were times while we were in the camper during the daytime and it looked like it was getting ready to storm because it was so nice and shaded! Although there are no accessible lakefront campsites at Holmes Bend, this was my favorite Army Corps of Engineers campground that I have ever stayed.

One of the friendliest campgrounds I have ever been too. The camp-sights were a little too close to each other however.
