What Guests Are Saying
Cave Creek campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and great amenities, including well-maintained bathhouses and a convenient boat ramp. Many visitors express a strong connection to the site, enjoying its peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to make lasting memories with family and friends. However, there is concern about the campground's potential closure and limited operating months, which has disappointed regular campers who cherish the experience.

PRIVATE BATHROOMS. That's all that was needed. We wanted to go back unconditionally, but thought we'd try another site around the area with a trail. The road was a little too hilly for our young ones to ride bikes, but our 9 year old managed. Loved that the site was not lit up by an overhead light and there were lots of trees to hang our hammock. It was lovely.

Checked into site #17 in the dark. The next day we drove to Rough Lake Lodge (where we happened to catch a small plane show) and moved into site #55 that day. We definitely preferred #55 - easier to back into and better view.

Clean, quiet time observed, and the best host that I’ve ever camped at. They go out of there way to help with almost everything. Great place!!

Beautiful campground, especially this time of year. Washrooms were really nice too but having soap in the toilet area would be convenient and a mirror too. Looking forward to a return visit!

Great, peaceful campground with upgraded facilities. Right on the water with mostly paved sites.
