Steady decline in quality of this campground since Covid . Was a very nice campground for years for our family. No maintenance. Every year gets more noticeable.

The campsites exhibit inconsistencies in leveling, with potential side-to-side deviations of 3-5 inches. Furthermore, some sites present challenges due to the placement of electrical boxes, potentially obstructing slideout functionality. The grounds often lack meticulous maintenance.
The children's playground is well-maintained. However, on-site ice and firewood sales are no longer available.
The nightly rate of $34 appears to be disproportionate to the current amenities. Additionally, the elimination of paid camp attendants raises concerns.
Improvements are recommended.

The sites are spacious and the views are fantastic. Always my favorite place to camp at Barren River Lake.
