We enjoyed Mammoth Cave immensely! It was a bit hot and the coin showers were ok. The campground was very peaceful and the caves were awesome! Guides couldn't have been better!

Beautiful campground, I’d love to go back some day. Plenty of fun things to do at the park with hiking and tours of the cave, and the campground is a quick 10 minute walk from the park visitor center. The camp store has all the necessities if you forget anything, but I do wish they were open just a little later. You have to pay for the showers, but it’s reasonably priced and the water pressure is better than at my apartment so it’s well worth it. My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed longer so I could have seen some of the neat attractions in town nearby.
