Make sure to get quarters for the showers ahead of time. The coin machine empties fast and you have to wait for the next day for coins. Book your cave tours in advance!

We loved the campgrounds! Everything we needed was in walking distance. We loved walking on the trails and the highlight of the trip of course was the mammoth cave. Highly recommend.

Very well maintained park and facilities. The entire NPS team was great! They had a daily 7pm power point program on our stay. We LOVED these informative program talks. Though we had no electric and water on our site, we had a special time around the large green landscape and the wildlife.

Bring quarters for the shower. Month of June is nice to wake up to the birds singing. Very cool place to camp.

Our campsite was fine, bathrooms were clean, and NPS staff were helpful when we were waiting for help with a flat tire. The evening program was good, and we enjoyed our cave tour.
