The rangers Josh and Tyler were super informative, an incredible place with even more incredible history. Truly a sight to see.

Mammoth Cave Campground offers beautiful, well-maintained sites with ample tree cover, providing a quiet and peaceful camping experience. Campers appreciate the convenient access to the visitor center and various trails, along with friendly and attentive staff. While some facilities, like bathrooms and showers, could benefit from updates, the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the campground make it a favorable choice for visitors.

The sites were clean and easy to get to. The coin showers worked great. It was a pretty easy walk from the campground to the lodge and cave.

The camp ground was beautiful and well cared for. Spacing between camp sites was adequate. Some of the usual trails were out of commission, but tbe scenery was gorgeous! We are planning to come out again soon!

We got a tent site and it was very nice: spacious and level with a concrete picnic table and fire pit with a grate. The sites are well spaced but lack of foliage did make us feel a bit exposed.

We had a perfect weather weekend for camping so this helped our experience be even better. It was quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the pay showers at back of the general store. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed paddling the green river nearby and used Adventures of Mammoth Cave to transport us for drop off and pick up. Firewood and ice was pricey but appreciate general store had both. We did a few hikes and Cedar Sink was our favorite. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We had an excellent time at Mammoth Cave. Our family spent three nights camping there and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We also had a fantastic cave tour and enjoyed the Carter Sink hole and hikes by the Green River. Thank you for allowing us to see such a beautiful and interesting part of the world!
