We rented the enclosed picnic shelter for a birthday party. The person who had the key for us to check in wasn't at the kiosk when we got there so we had to drive to another building to find them. We barely missed them there and ended up driving BACK to the original kiosk to get the key. Wasted a lot of time to set up for the party. When we finally got to the picnic shelter they had removed several of the tables in the building, the doors on one side of the building would not unlock so they weren't usable, several of the windows wouldn't open, the hearth of the fireplace and the floors were very dirty. The experience was not nearly as nice as several other times we rented it in the past. We will probably find a different place for birthday parties from now on.
