Someone had been there to cut trees down and left a huge mess. Deep ruts all over the campground and at my spot D56. There was no BBQ table, it was broke with just the legs sticking out of the ground. I would think it would be dangerous if kids were camping there. I love Laurel Branch, have camped there for years. Never seen such a mess. The core should be ashamed to open the camp ground looking like that and charging the same price.

Better this time , Crew was spending a lot of time cutting and trimming grass. Bathroom heaters still not turned on . tree crew grinding stumps . Much better than opening week .

Angie said the campground was not up to par . She was being kind: grass not cut . fire rings not cleaned out .heaters in bathrooms not turned on , leaves not mulched up from the fall , at least the trash left over from the winter was picked up ! Gravel not put back in sites . saw dust and debris from tree cutting left everywhere . IT was a Shit Show from the GET GO
