Laurel Branch is a beautiful and peaceful campground with attentive staff and clean facilities, making it a great spot for family camping. While some areas, like fire pits and bathrooms, could use more regular upkeep, the campground's scenic views and proximity to activities such as fishing and kayaking are highlights. The hostess was amazing. I called to see the earliest time we could check in. She said to call at a certain time after she made a round. She made her round early and called me back to let me know we could check in at any time. She has always been really friendly. The campground is beautiful and well kept. Our last site was lakefront. It had an amazing view. The bathrooms and shower rooms have always been clean. My family will be spending more time there next season.

Beautiful camping right on the lake. Our campsite was a great pull through very close to the boat ramp for the lake, and we had entertainment all day. We had 2 warm days and 2 cool fall days, and enjoyed the entire stay. Just 1:20 minutes from Louisville, KY.

Great views right on the lake. Although the public areas were clean, updating these facilities would be great.
