Many visitors appreciate the easy access to the lake, well-maintained facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for family activities like fishing and swimming. We always have a great time at Twin Knobs. We tent camp twice a year.

Site J10 was spacious and private, as it was angled toward trees. Drove through all loops and didn't see a bad site. All are large with lots of trees. Only suggesting 2 lanes when returning to get in, so not waiting on check-ins. Sites were clean, gravel raked. Bathrooms were messy but cleaned quickly. I think it was just our timing. Lake is gorgeous. Recommend renting pontoon.

The shower and bathrooms very nice. The fire wood from the campground would not light. It had not cured so a waste of $8. Beach was nice, water is very warm unless ur out on the lake. Then it is nice and cool.

Great location for summer get-away. Boating and fishing were great fun! Campsites are well spaced for lots of privacy. About half the sites have electricity and the rest are primitive. Each loop has several water access points but no campsite water (except for hosts). Two dump stations near campground entrance. A sand & dirt "beach" is available on the lake along with 4 boat launch ramps. Poison ivy is prolific so stay on middle of the trails!

We had a wonderful time and the staff were simply amazing. Each site was cleaned and neat. We were greeted with smiles everyday, Twin Knobs feels like home. We can’t wait to camp there again!

I love Twin Knobs campground! Had a great time!
However got stuck in a long line getting in the campground, multiple times throughout my stay, because the second lane at the gate entrance was blocked with a cone.
