About Twin Knobs Campground

Nestled on the shores of Cave Run Lake, this camp is part of the larger Twin Knobs Recreation Area. There are more than 200 sites spread out over 10 loops under a dense forest of mixed conifer and deciduous trees. The recreation area includes two reservable group picnic areas. Group camping is also available.

Awesome Camping Spot(H3) was oversized and close to the showers, Buildings were clean, the Staff at the Gates and all around the park were super friendly and helpful! Definitely looking forward to another visit soon

We always have a great time at Twin Knobs campground. The restrooms are always clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the sites in pristine condition.

Me and my wife wanted to get away for a few days and I have stayed at Twin Knobs many times, we had a wonderful time, It is a great place to go for walking and the lake is great for fishing. It has a mature campground with lots of trees and wildlife it is a great place to get away
