Twin Knobs Campground offers a beautiful, wooded setting with spacious, clean campsites and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the easy access to the lake, well-maintained facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for family activities like fishing and swimming. Workers very nice. Only issue was other campers allowing dogs to potty outside of their site and not picking it up

HORRIBLE camp host. Extremely rude, unhelpful, and very mean to my elderly father About how his truck was parked. He was also charged to drive in the campground even after I had paid for the stay. Never coming back.

Twin Knobs is a great place for the family. Staff work hard to make sure facilities are clean. Hiking the trails is nice, so is the fishing.

This was our first time camping at Twin Knobs and it won't be our last. We were very impressed with how clean this campground was and how friendly all the staff were. Our campsite was well maintained and extremely easy to back our trailer into. Can't wait to head back in the fall for more muskie fishing on Cave Run Lake.

It is a beautiful place, the people are friendly, and the facilities are clean. I went to the beach a couple times, and both times I ended up surrounded by a school of cute little minnows that followed me wherever I went in the water. So lil. <3
The only thing I have to complain about is the weather -- it rained four times in 9 days. But that's beyond human control, obviously.
