What Guests Are Saying
Twin Knobs Campground offers a beautiful, wooded setting with spacious, clean campsites and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the easy access to the lake, well-maintained facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for family activities like fishing and swimming. Some concerns include check-in processes and the absence of water hookups at most sites, but overall, it remains a favored destination for campers.

This is a very beautiful park with spacious sites and clean bathhouses. The hike to the top of Twin Knob is worth it, the trails alongside the lake were not maintained and rough. The beach was not open yet so I don't know it's conditions and I never saw a playground for kids.

Twin Knobs was one of our favorite campgrounds. This was our 3rd visit to Twin Knobs.
However, we are unhappy that check-out time has been moved back to 11:00 a.m.
TWO HOURS has been cut off time to pack up and exit the campground!
This extra time is critical in making sure all preparations are complete before getting on the road pulling a large trailer.
Having to rush to exit, endangers the vehicle's owners and others on the highways.
If a time change was necessary in getting a campsite prepared for the next visitor, a one hour change would have been reasonable. Two hours - not acceptable. Please change your policy.

Everyone in the registration building was very friendly. Our site was clean and easily accessible. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and I was surprised at how nice they were.

We had an campsite that the 50 amp didn’t work and moved us to another. I talked to Ray several times during our stay. He was very encouraging about the new things that is planned to help in prove twin knobs. Can’t wait for our camping trip.

Nice place. Don't like the 11:00 am checkout. Most locations are 1:00 pm.

The campground was very clean and the staff were friendly. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within driving distance for whatever you may need during your stay. I plan to return in the future.
